Shipping policy

Processing time
Avonwood Apparel hand makes all orders as they are received. We operate on a 3 business day turnaround time for all orders.

 

Shipping: Once shipped, Avonwood Apparel is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you would like to add insurance to protect against these instances, please notify me before placing your order. If there is a shipping issue, please be sure to contact your local USPS office for information on your package.

 

Tracking will be emailed if you have provided an email address at checkout and/or through Paypal. Unfortunately, we cannot email tracking information if not provided at the time of checkout. Please contact your local post office regarding any issues after the order has been shipped. Any lost or damaged packages are up to the buyer/customer to file a claim with USPS. 

 

International Shipping:  As of right now we are not currently offering international ordering options.

 

Shipping Changes: Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing the checkout process. If for some reason your shipping information is inaccurate, all changes must be emailed to avonwoodapparel@gmail.com within 1 hour of purchase with the email subject "Shipping Address Change (Order Name + Number)". Failure to do so will result in additional shipping fees.
